A renewal you can't justify. An audit letter on your desk. A CFO who wants to stretch the refresh cycle to six years. A tool nobody will admit to buying. Send it over and it gets worked on air — real constraints, real politics, real budgets.
Three things worth knowing so your case file gets the most useful answer.
Describe your situation in your own words. Do not paste or attach audit letters, contracts, license agreements, vendor correspondence, or anything covered by an NDA or your employer's confidentiality policy. This form is not a secure channel, and a case file is not a privileged communication. If your situation genuinely requires reviewing documents, book a briefing instead — an NDA is available before any data is shared.
Only four fields are required. Everything else just helps calibrate the answer.
Thanks — it's in the queue. Not every case file makes it to air, but every one gets read. If yours is used, you'll get an email before the episode publishes so you're not surprised by hearing your own situation on a podcast.
